What is Oktoberfest? What is the event about? Why include cashless?
Oktoberfest is one of the world’s largest and best-known festivals, originating in Munich, Germany, where it has been celebrated annually since 1810. This event, which normally lasts between 16 and 18 days, takes place between late September and early October, and attracts millions of visitors from all over the world.
It is a celebration centered mainly on beer, although it also includes traditional music, dancing, typical German cuisine, and a festive atmosphere.
Over the years, many cities outside Germany have adopted this festivity, celebrating their own version of the Oktoberfest. Valdespartera joins in celebrating the annual beer festival, where attendees enjoy different types of beverages from Germany, served in large jugs of more than 1 liter capacity.

Valdespartera Oktoberfest Ticket Sales and Validation
To make sure this experience was seamless and personalized, we developed a landing page for the event. This page is designed in an intuitive way and adapted to the needs of the event, allowing users to purchase their tickets quickly and easily.
For validation we used a scanning system of QR codes, which accelerated the access process, avoiding long queues.
Cashless payments at Valdespartera Oktoberfest
Some of the benefits of cashless payment that we implemented at the Valdespartera Oktoberfest are comfort and quickness, allowing quick and easy transactions without the need to handle cash or card. This meant that at the event, queues and purchases were streamlined, enhancing the experience for attendees.
